You can now carry out a lot of self-service activities on your own. Such as:

• View your BVN - You can view the BVN linked to your Diamond Account
• Link your BVN to other accounts – You can link you’re your already obtained BVN to your Diamond Accounts
• Obtain receipts for Funds Transfer – You can select a transaction (Either Inter or intra Bank) and request for the receipt. It will be sent to your registered email address.
• Maintain limits for Funds Transfer to other accounts – You can maintain daily transfer limits for both intra and interbank funds transfer.

IntraBank (Within Diamond Bank) N500,000
InterBank (Other Banks) N500,000 (CBN allowable limit, after which you have to sign an indemnity)

• Request replacement Debit Cards – You can request for Lost or damaged cards and also choose the location where the card will be delivered. Expired cards are auto generated so there is no need to make another request.
• Activate/Deactivate your account for cardless withdrawals on our ATMs – You can activate or deactivate your profile for ATM Magic cash transactions with the App now.
• Transfer funds to BETA accounts – You can transfer funds from your Diamond Account to Diamond BETA accounts with the App now.
• Chat directly with the Bank’s contact center 24/7

Follow the download instructions below that matches your phone type. We have also answered some frequently asked questions below just incase you need more information. 

  1. Download the mobile app from i-Tunes App Store, Google Play and Blackberry Markets and the app icon will automatically appear on your device
  2. Click on the icon to open application
  3. Select register and follow the three steps to authenticate your detailsStep 1: Input your Diamond Debit Card Number and any of your account numbers then select submit. Your User ID and registeration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number as text messages.
    Step 2: Input your User ID and the registration code and select submit.
    Step 3: Choose a password (not less than six characters) and reconfirm the password; choose a four digit pin, reconfirm your pin and select confirm.

Touch ID is a fingerprint recognition feature, designed and released by Apple Inc., and currently available on the iPhone 5S, the iPhone 6, the iPad Air 2, and the iPad Mini 3. Touch ID is a seamless way to use your fingerprint as a passcode.

Steps to Sign in Using the Touch ID Feature on the App

Registered user-New Upgrade:

Setup the Touch ID sensor on your iOS device. You set up five (5) number of fingers by either tapping or swiping over the fingerprint scanner until your fingerprints have been captured and stored.
Upgrade to the latest version of the Diamond Mobile App
Upon first log in on the app, user will be prompted to use only Touch ID feature to sign in by placing a finger on the home button.

New Registration

  • Setup the Touch ID sensor on your iOS device. You set up five (5) number of fingers by either tapping or swiping over the fingerprint scanner until your fingerprints have been captured and stored.
  • Download the latest version of the Diamond Mobile App
  • Register on the mobile app with the following Steps:
  1. Open the App and Select ‘Register
  2. Enter your diamond online user ID or 16-Digit debit card number and any of your account numbers. A 4-digit registration code willgenerated and sent to you as an SMS (if you used the debit card number, you user Id will also be sent)
  3. Enter the diamond online user ID and/or registration code and select submit
  4. Choose a password with less than 6 characters and reconfirm  it; choose a 4-digit PIN for transactions, reconfirm the PIN and select "Confirm".
