Ada is Diamond Bank's Chatbot, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool for Conversational Banking which allows you to conduct a range of banking transactions on Facebook Messenger as well as ask questions about Diamond Bank services.

Security is paramount at Diamond Bank and with Ada there are different levels of authorization and authentication that ensure your banking transactions and information remain private. No secure information is exposed to Facebook and PIN creation and entry are further protected by secure PIN pad entry

Currently, you can check Account Balance, Buy Airtime, Pay Bills, Transfer to other Diamond Bank accounts and check stock prices on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in real time. New products and services such as Stock Trading and 3rd Party Transfer will be added soon.

Once you have set up a profile to conduct Transactions you will be asked to choose a 4-digit TRANSACTION PIN* after you have been sent an OTP to your registered phone number. Your daily transaction limit will be capped at N20k

  • For transactions between twenty thousand and one Naira (₦20,001) and two hundred thousand
    Naira (₦200,000) user shall authorize transactions using PIN and OTP
  • For transactions between two hundred thousand and one Naira (₦200,001) and five hundred thousand (₦500,000) user shall authorize transactions using the PIN and (soft or hard token)

No, this needs to be set up independently and we would advise that you choose a separate transaction PIN for each channel
