Collection Services

Our collection services offer a host of possibilities to expedite the collection of receivables for our customers. It involves the provision of various services that enhances our customer’s cash inflows.

These services include; Teller Implant, Cash Collect, In branch Collect and Web Collect services.

Teller Implant:

Diamond bank teller is implanted right on the customer premises, to receive and count cash and cheque lodgments.

Cash Collect:

This is applicable where cash is collected from payers in the customer premises, and the bank transfers the cash to its branch office

In branch Collect:

Government collections utilities, IGR school fees, etc via electronic platforms such as Paydirect; e-tranzact

Web Collect:
 
Payment for goods and services on the internet by use of Credit/Debit cards.
