An Indigenous Contractor company duly incorporated in Nigeria, operating in the Niger Delta Area, and at least 30% of whose membership and workforce are drawn from Member States of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) as defined in the NDDC Act.

To qualify for the facility, a registered contractor with SPDC:

• Must have successfully completed at least, two contracts for SPDC, one of which must have been in the last two years
• Must have audited financial or management accounts
• Must meet Diamond Bank’s lending criteria
• Must not engage in activities on IFC’s Exclusion List and Category A Projects (list can be obtained from Application Pack)
• Must attend a training program in business management being arranged by
