Our Products and Services

We offer the following services to our clients:

1. Financial Services - Collections

   Diamond Bank manages collections of duties, levies and duties for the following Government agencies:

   PHCN, NITEL & MTEL
   All the above mandates fall under utilities. These are compulsory payments by corporate bodies & individuals on a monthly basis for enjoying the services provided by the above institutions.
   
   Nigerian Export Supervision Scheme (NESS)
   This mandate is from Customs Service which appointed Diamond Bank to collect administrative fees on all non-oil exports
   
   National Maritime Administration & Safety Agency
   NIMASA appointed the Bank to collect NMA 3% FCY denominated levy from shipping companies whose vessels call at the Tincan Port in Lagos. We also have their Naira and Sundry Income Collections
   
   National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA)
   This mandate allows the Bank to collect dues paid to the above Authority by shipping/boat companies for the use of inland waterways.
   
   Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC)
   It is paid by companies in the hospitality and tourism business. Eg. Renewal/Registration of restaurants & hotels.
   
   Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC)
   This is paid by companies in hospitality and tourism business
