Wherever you see the Care Phone, feel free to make enquiries, tell us about your complaints or make suggestions to help us serve you better.
The care lines give you direct access to our Contact Centre and all your calls to us are free of charge.
How does the Care Hotline work?
Once you’re inside the branch or ATM booth, locate the Care Phone box, pick up the handset, no dialing is required. The telephone automatically rings at the Contact Centre.
The call is received by our Contact Centre agents who attends to your request
