What are the requirements for registration on the Diamond Mobile App?

Diamond Online User ID, Account Number and Registration Code which is sent to your registered phone number during the registration process. You can also use your 16-digit debit card number.

How do I register?

Select register: and follow the steps below

  • Step 1: Input your Diamond Online user ID (Internet Banking User ID) and any of your account numbers then select submit. A registration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number as an SMS.
  • Step 2: Enter the registration code sent to your phone and select submit
  • Step 3: Choose a password (not less than six characters) which will be used to access this service at any time, reconfirm your password
  • Step 4: Choose a four digit pin for transactions, reconfirm your pin and select confirm

  • Step 1: Input 16 digit Diamond Debit card number and account number then select submit. The Diamond Online User ID and registration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone as an SMS.
  • Step 2: Input the Diamond Online User ID and registration code sent received and select submit.
  • Step 3: Choose a password (not less than six characters) which will be used to access this service at any time, reconfirm password
  • Step 4: Choose a four digit pin for transactions, reconfirm your pin and select confirm

How do I login after registration?

  • Click on the Diamond App icon in your mobile phone
  • Select login
  • Input your Diamond online user ID and your password and click submit

You can also login to the Diamond Mobile App with Touch ID. This is a fingerprint recognition feature currently available on iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPad Air 2, and the iPad Mini 3.

Steps to sign in using the Touch ID feature

  • Setup the Touch ID sensor on your iOS device by either tapping or swiping each of your fingers over the fingerprint scanner until your fingerprints have been captured and stored.
  • Download or upgrade to the latest version of the Diamond Mobile App.
  • Login with your Internet Banking ID and Password (Ensure you check the ‘Save Banking ID’ option)
  • Upon second log in on the app, you will be prompted to use only Touch ID feature to sign in by placing a finger on the home button.

  • A validation code will be sent to your registered phone number as an SMS
  • Enter the code and the app will move to your new device
