As a prospective customer, you can qualify for a DiamondXclusive banking if you:

  • earn a gross monthly income of ₦600,000 or more

or

  • own a business with turnover ₦5million or more over the last 3months

or

  • have provable, investable assets of ₦5million and above e.g. cash, shares and/or properties

Account opening documentation:

  • Two reference forms (each completed by an individual maintaining a current account with a bank in Nigeria)
  • Two recent passport photographs of the authorized signatory
  • Evidence of identification e.g. driver’s license, Nigerian passport or National ID card
  • Resident permit (in the case of a foreigner)
  • Any recent public utility bill e.g. PHCN etc

DiamondXclusive Account Opening Requirements

  • Duly Completed Account Opening Form
  • Two Duly Completed Signature Specimen Card
  • Two Duly Completed Reference Forms
  • Two Recent Passport Photographs of each of the Authorised Signatories
  • Evidence of Identification
    • Current International Passport
    • Resident Permit
    • Driver's License
    • National ID Card
    • Employer confirmation (if employer is well known and undoubted) by way of written letter
    • Identity card of a reputable organisation (if employers are well known and undoubted)
    • Letter of introduction from an existing customer (Note: The existing customer shall accompany the prospect to the branch to be identified as a guarantor).
    • Residence permit (in the case of a foreigner)
    • Letter of Administration/Will (for account of the Estate of a Deceased)
  • Any recent Public Utility Bill 
    • Utility bill (PHCN, NITEL etc.)
    • Physical visitation, signed by the Account Officer
    • State/Local Government Rate Charges Advice
    • Bank statement or passbook containing current address
    • Solicitor’s letter confirming recent house purchase
    • Search Report from the Land Registry
    • Tenancy Agreement
    • Record of home visit in respect of non-Nigerians, signed by Account Officer
    • Employer confirmation (if employer is well known & undoubted) (A written letter from the employer must be presented by the prospect).
    • Written letter from existing customer (inc. account number) verifying address.
