The Diamond  Card Activation

Now that you have your Diamond Card, you need to get it activated by following the steps below:

Step 1 | Activate

Call 0700-300-0000 to activate

Step 2 | Change PIN

- Go immediately to a Diamond Bank ATM

- Select PIN Change*.

(*Your card will not work without PIN change.)

Step 3 | Transact

Use your card for purchases wherever you see the Visa logo.  The Card is also accepted for cash withdrawals at the ATM

Our credit card comes with a Verified by VISA (VbyV) security feature that protects you while transacting online. If you plan on shopping on the internet, please follow these steps on a Diamond Bank ATM to obtain your special PIN called an iPIN which should be used when you shop online– it's an added protection against fraud for you and for us .

1. Insert your Visa Card into a Diamond Bank ATM

2. Input your PIN

3. Select 'more services'

4. Select 'generate iPIN'

5. Type in a 4 digit number of your choice

6. Re-type the 4 digit number to confirm

7. Select 'No'

8. Collect your card and receipt
