For the convenience of our customers we have installed self-service automated teller machines (ATM) in strategic locations. We call them Any Time Money, because they enable you to cash money from your account and to carry out other basic banking activities, outside our banking halls and beyond banking hours. The basic transactions include:
- Cash Withdrawal
- Balance Inquiry
- Mini Statement
- Chequebook Request
- Full Statement Request
- Funds Transfer (between related accounts).
This service is available for subscription to our individual/joint account holders who operate our chequing or savings account

Diamond ATM Card
This is the ATM card issued to our individual/joint account holders who are operating any of these accounts: Current, SavingsXtra.
- It gives the holder access to up to four of his individual accounts (except Fixed Deposits, Diamond HIDA and Diamond Kiddies).
- It is FREE OF CHARGE.
Card Safety and Security
You will be able to use your card on the ATM approximately 24 hours after you receive the PIN, by which time the card would have been activated in our system.
- Remember to change your PIN on your first log on.
- Keep your Diamond ATM Card away from heat and from mobile phones, radio equipment, magnet or magnetic materials and any device emitting electromagnetic waves (including stereo), as they could wipe out data stored on the magnetic stripe of your card.
Features and Benefits
Cash Withdrawal
You can withdraw cash from the ATM as many times as you wish subject to a daily limit of N100,000. The Fast Cash option allows you to withdraw pre-selected amounts displayed on the screen.
Balance enquiry
You can display your balance on the screen and can also print it.
Mini-Statement
You can obtain a statement of your last 10 transactions. This is displayed on the screen and can also be printed.
Chequebook Request
You can make a request for chequebook and it will be processed within 48 hours for collection at your home branch.
Full Statement Request
You can request for full bank statement for a three-month period. This will be processed and delivered to your mailing address.
Funds Transfer
You can transfer funds from one account to another provided they are your accounts and are accessible by your Diamond ATM Card.
PIN Change
You can change your PIN anytime you want, for instance when you feel that it may have been compromised. It is also advisable to change the PIN the first time you use the card.
Multiple Accounts, One Card
With one card you can access up to four of your personal accounts, if you so desire.
Two Cards, One Account
You can apply for and obtain an additional card for your account. This is especially beneficial where you operate a joint account or wish your spouse or child above 18 years to independently access the account through the ATM. Each of the two cards has a daily withdrawal limit of N100,000.
ATM Helpdesk (assistance within reach)
Our ATM Helpdesk is always ready to provide assistance whenever you experience any difficulties while using the ATM. To access this service, simply lift the receiver off the telephone set beside the ATM and you will be connected immediately to the ATM Helpdesk. You can also reach the Helpdesk at your convenience by dialing 0700-300-0000.

How to Subscribe
Any customer of the bank operating individual/joint chequing, savings, or salary account can apply to be issued the Diamond Banking Debit Card. Download and complete the subscription form and submit at your home branch. Remember to read through the Banking Card Terms and Conditions
