What follows in this booklet does not cover every possible subject or potential situation. Only broad areas of policy and principles which should guide us in our daily work. Historically, ethical conduct in Diamond Bank has been developed and communicated by the manner in which we make and execute our daily decisions. However, as we continue to grow with a constant stream of new people into the Bank, it seems more appropriate than ever that we remind ourselves, and especially new employees, of what these standards and guidelines are in order to ensure consistency and uniformity in the way we operate our professional business.
