Our Public Sector services are directed mainly at meeting specific needs of Federal and State Governments and their institutions and agencies.
We have a dedicated team of bankers with specialized skills in public sector finance to manage relationships.
The service offering includes current (expenditure) account services, revenue collection and management services, privatization, project management, management and payment of pensions, letters of credit for public enterprise/ministries, and government contract financing.
Treasury and Correspondent Banking
The primary role of Treasury and Corresponding Department is the management of financial market risk for the Bank. The Group also provides cost effective and flexible treasury products to meet customers' increasingly diverse and sophisticated business requirements. The Group assists ALCO in formulating policy on the broad issues of asset and liability management to enhance the Bank's earnings within set risk limits. In performing this role, emphasis is placed not only on optimizing the yield on the Bank's balance sheet, but also on ensuring that liquidity is available to meet obligations.
